Arrival Check List
-Turn ON Water Heater to B in the laundry room upstairs
-If using washing machine turn blue and red valves ON
-Dishwasher may have clean dishes in it
-Each guest room has a queen size bed,
choose either the Juniper Room, or Ponderosa Room there is a shared middle bathroom
- House has been bunny proofed. Lamps, tables may not be able to be moved.

Departure Check List
-Turn Water Heater to Low
-If you used laundry, turn washer red and blue valves to OFF
-Load and Start Dishwasher, dishwasher tabs are under sink.
-Take ALL Trash and Recycling with You
-Take all food and drinks you brought with you
-Leave sheets and blankets on the beds. Let Drake or Staci know what beds were used.
-Put all used towels and bath mats in laundry room sink
-Cover any outdoor furniture or grill you used
-Shut and lock all Windows, Close blinds
-Turn off All Lights
-Lock all Exterior Doors - Do Not Lock Door Between House and Garage
